What to Expect

Thank you for choosing Design Undone! Our mission is to create a memorable experience you will look back on with joy! Upon our arrival to your home or studio, we will have a curated wardrobe available for your child (if needed).

Once your child/children are dressed, we will begin the session.

We will be sure to establish trust before jumping into taking pictures.

I am comfortable with children of all temperaments and will find just the right way to connect to yours!

The "picture taking" portion is around ten minutes per child.

We recommend marshmallows or gummies/fruit snacks if you need to bring snacks. Snacks are a last-ditch bribe. We ask that you wait for a prompt from the photographer before introducing any food into the session. Please no cookies, crackers, or anything that crumbles immediately before the session.

We aim for soft expressions. If you're hoping for a big smile, please let us know before the session, and we will be sure to get one! We ask parents before their session to please make sure to wipe your kids' faces and have a tissue on hand for runny noses.

Most importantly, DON’T STRESS! We’ve got this. Your child will probably not be perfect, and that's expected because they're children and it’s picture day, so again, don’t stress! Show up, stay relaxed, and let us do our thing.
